Neil has over 25 years' experience of working with 'Big 4' international accounting firms, latterly as Associate Partner with responsibilities as UK Sector Head of Oil & Gas.
In that time he has acted in both advisory and hands-on executive roles, designing and implementing growth, recovery, cash generation and business-sales strategies and policies for businesses ranging from SMEs to listed PLCs. He has also worked for and with many branches of the public sector.
More recently Neil has acted as Interim / Part-Time Finance Director, and Non-Executive Director, in a number of companies. He has also acted as a consultant or corporate financial adviser to a wide range of businesses, and as a professional adviser in a raft of scenarios (often on a multi-disciplinary basis with eg corporate or personal lawyers).
Neil's in-depth sectoral experience includes - many aspects of the oil & gas industry, construction, retail, fish processing, manufacturing, printing (large-scale commercial, and small-scale local), shipping and food processing & production.

Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Jane has spent over 25 years working in 'Big 4' international accounting firms and in industry, where her roles have ranged from financial controller of an independent radio station to group accountant (with particular responsibility for pensions accounting) in a $1Bn turnover group of food processing businesses.
She also has extensive experience of working in a range of oil & gas service businesses including a boutique investment fund, shipping, materials & records logistics and offshore installation support.
Jane has recently acted as temporary experienced support in the finance teams of a number of clients, involving for example US/UK GAAP consolidations, multi-national group tax accounting and control, and data-room building, maintenance and control during a sizeable corporate takeover.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1998, Louise has significant experience working exclusively within the ‘Big 4’ international accounting firms across a broad base of clients from listed PLCs to SMEs.
Her breadth of experience covers a range of client service areas including corporate finance advisory, financial modelling, due diligence, audit assurance and management reviews such as strategic and operational planning, financial processes & controls and management reporting.
In addition to client secondment work Louise has recently been involved in a number of specialist financial review (eg diligence) assignments as well as statutory review and court reporting.
